Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
- Personalized or custom-made products
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
